George Washington Crossing the Delaware River

The George Washington Crossing the Delaware Christmas ornament is gold-finished and depicts a three-dimensional rendering of Washington's famous crossing of the Delaware river Christmas night, 1776. The back of the ornament is engraved with the words:

"On the night of December 25, 1776, General George Washington, with his men from the Continental Army and militia crossed the Delaware River and marched to Trenton, New Jersey, where they attacked and defeated the Hessian troops which led to the victories at the Second Battle of Trenton and Princeton."

This unique ornament measures 2.75 inches tall and 3 inches wide.
